Slimming World Week Four Update: How Did It Go?

I have been on Slimming World for three weeks now and it is that time to share my Slimming World week four update with you all! If you missed my last updates check them out: Slimming World Week One UpdateSlimming World Week Two Update and Slimming World Week Three Update.

Difficult Week

This week held a few challenges firstly with it being valentine’s day I did have a little treat. I know I could have said no but I also wanted to enjoy the day and have some Valentine chocolate! On Thursday I went to see Busted with my best friend Kate. Whenever we go to a music gig we always grab some dinner afterwards. Usually the venue is in the centre of Manchester so there are loads of options so making a healthy choice would be easy. However the venue this time was on the outskirts of Manchester and there was nothing close by except a pizza takeaway. I didn’t have to choose a pizza though. There was plenty of other options that would have been healthier but if I’m honest I was tired, hungry and low on willpower.

After we ordered I went to reach for my phone and had that awful feeling that it was missing!! Kate rang my number and a Man answered saying that he had my phone but he wouldn’t bring it back. He wouldn’t give us the address and then he stopped answering the calls. We rang the police and long story short Kate and Ollie tracked the phone and drove to the address with the police. I was completely sick to my stomach and couldn’t have eaten the pizza if I wanted too!!

I managed to get my phone back but I do think it was a sign from the universe telling me I shouldn’t be eating pizza!!!

Loss, Gain or Maintain

My Slimming World week four weigh in results were…. A LOSS!! I managed to lose 2lbs this week which means I have lost 11.5lbs in four weeks which really shocks me!

    You are doing amazing! Of course you can’t go through Valentines day without having a little treat. I accidentally stumbled into the Valentines day candy isle after the holiday and ended up buying some candy… oh well! Haha

    That was really tough on Valentine’s day but in the end you found your phone and both you and your friend were okay. You are making a great progress with your weight, keep it up!

    I have lost 16 pounds on Slimming World. It’s the easiest Diet I have been on.
