If you’re wondering how to spend your summer this year you might be tempted to turn your attention to your home and look for some ways to redecorate. But redecorating doesn’t have to cost an arm and a leg, you can do it on a budget and transform your home for a fraction of what the Joneses paid for theirs.

Create Green Space

One of the best ways to Redecorate Your Home and create a more healthy living space at the same time is to use house plants. House plants can create extra oxygen for your home, hydrate the air through a process of transpiration, and create new perspectives in your rooms.

House plants offer so much for so little. House plants are cheap to buy but they can reinvent your home and help to hydrate your skin. There’s a reason nature walks are so beneficial to your health so why not bring some of it inside.

Use Shower Panels

The bathroom is a space that often gets neglected when you redecorate. Few people see it so it can wait till last, there’s also the cost  If the cost of replacing shower tiles puts you off there are a cheaper alternative 1m wet wall panels

Shower panels are much cheaper than wall tiles but they are just as effective. They cover more wall space for a lower cost and you won’t have to clean out any mold or apply grout. Make your bathroom happy this summer with wall panels.

Upcycle Furniture

Professional interior designers say you should change your interior decoration every three to five years which is fine if you’ve got endless time and resources. Most of us don’t have that but it doesn’t mean we can’t keep up with the Joneses.

Upcycling furniture is an excellent way to bring a new look to your home without spending loads of money. You can upcycle furniture you have already or go to the local charity shop and find items that spark some inspiration for you – a fun way to spend the summer.

Paint and Replace

Not everyone can afford a new kitchen or living room this summer but you can definitely transform it on a budget, all you have to do is get creative and invest in some nice paint, some brushes, and some new door handles.

Accent walls are a great way to start. Pick a color that contrasts with the units in your room already and paint one wall, this instantly gives her a new dimension. You can also transform a room by replacing the door and drawer handles.

Fancy Storage Boxes

If you’re like most families, your home doesn’t stay clean and tidy for long, especially if you have little ones leaving their toys all over the place and messing things up. You might not be able to stop that for a while but you can make the clean-up a bit easier.

Fancy Storage boxes are a great way to do this. These boxes come in all different shapes and sizes, you can get material ones or ones that look like treasure chests, you can even get ones that stack up to give your extra space.
