Slimming World Week Five Update: Have I Lost?

Is This a Diet?
Sometimes I question how I am losing weight when I don’t feel like I am on a diet. Everything I associate with a diet is the opposite to how I feel on Slimming World. I don’t feel like I am restricted, hungry or counting calories. I feel happy, confident and healthy and who doesn’t want to feel that?
Loss, Gain or Maintain
My Slimming World week five weigh in results were…. A LOSS!! So I managed to lose 2.5lbs this week which means I have lost 14lbs in five weeks. I never felt like that was achievable and I feel a little overwhelmed to be honest. I am still really motivated to carry on and reach my target and I’m starting to feel like this is the best decision I’ve ever made.
