BMI is it Important?
This week was all about me getting my head back in the game and going back to basics on plan. I’ve never got myself hung up over BMI because I honestly believe that for some people and their build and body type the figure is not accurate. However I was surprised to learn that my BMI is now considered ‘normal’ whatever that means! Although it’s not something I would stress over my BMI hasn’t been in the normal zone since I was probably a baby HA! I feel that this is an indication I’m going in the right direction.
Loss, Gain or Maintain
My Slimming World week seven weigh in results were…. A LOSS!! So I managed to lose 1.5lbs this week! I actually anticipated a gain or at the very best a maintain because I had, if I’m entirely honest fallen off the wagon slightly. Onwards and upwards going to smash next week!

Congrats on the loss, great job! I agree with you on the BMI thing, if I weighed what another person my same height weighs, I could look heavier or thinner than they do depending on body type. The medical community seems to think everyone is exactly the same.
